1. To confirm a reservation, you will need to pay a deposit of £25.00 per person.

CHRISTMAS PARTIES & LIVE MUSIC NIGHTS
1. A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required within 2 weeks of making your reservation.
2. Any amendments to the number of the guests in the party must be confirmed 24 hours in advance otherwise a £10pp charge (per no show) will be APPLIED TO THE FINAL BILL.
3. Pre-order required 1 week prior to event date.
4. Final balance to be paid on the day.
5. An optional service charge of 10% will be added to tables of 6 or more. All gratuities and service charges are at the customers discretion and go directly to staff members.
NEW YEAR’S EVE
1. A non-refundable deposit of £30 per person is required within 2 weeks of making your reservation.
2. Final balance to be paid on the evening.
3. Final numbers and menu choices are required by Tuesday 17th December 2019. This number will be considered guaranteed and will be charged for.

2. TAMBURINO Restaurant reserves the right to cancel any event and offer an alternative date of equal value.
3. You will be liable for the cost of repairs carried out as the result of damage caused to any part of the premises or equipment by negligence of any person invited by you or anyone in your party.
4. We cannot accept responsibility for damage or loss of another party’s property, regardless of how it may be caused.
5. All prices include VAT at the current rate.
6. On payment of a deposit you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the booking notes.
